My Family Lounge

My Family Lounge’ is both a web based portal and an APP for smartphones and tablets where families can manage their enrolment, update their details and change their bookings. Use your email address to log in. Existing families will use the email address previously supplied to the service – just reset your password on the app or portal.

Download the app from the Apple/Play Stores onto your smart phone/tablet.

What can I do in the My Family Lounge APP (for smart phones and tablets)?

  • Make casual bookings for BSC/ASC/VC 
  • Cancel casual bookings (48 hours notice required)
  • Mark Permanent (recurring bookings) absent

What can I do in the My Family Lounge  Web Based Portal (for computers and tablets)?

  • Enrol in Jindalee SACP
  • Request changes to permanent days your child is booked in (ASC/BSC)
  • Make casual bookings for BSC/ASC/VC 
  • Update medical information, dietary requirements, emergency contact details and more.

You can access the online ‘My Family Lounge’ portal on our homepage. Simply use your email address which we have provided for you.

Bookings:

All families enrolled in JSACP can manage their bookings via the APP. If you are swapping a permanent regular booking for a one off casual day, please advise the Service.

For absences, 48 hours notice is require to avoid being charge – this can be done through the ‘My Family Lounge’..

Casual bookings require 48 hours notice to be cancelled – this can be done through the ‘My Family Lounge’.

Note currently you cannot mark absent through the Web Based portal – only in the App.
